Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 13, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Shared Sense, including the Shared Sense mobile application, websites, content, features, and related services (collectively, “Shared Sense” or the “Service”).
Shared Sense is provided by Measured Margins LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“Measured Margins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process information in connection with Shared Sense.
1. Eligibility, Adult Accounts, and Authority Regarding Children
Shared Sense is designed for adults who manage family technology decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement where you live to create a Shared Sense account.
Shared Sense does not provide independent child accounts. Children do not independently authenticate to Shared Sense.
If you provide information about a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have the authority necessary to provide that information and use Shared Sense in connection with that child.
You are responsible for determining whether and how a child participates in activities, discussions, or other experiences facilitated through your Shared Sense account.
Some Shared Sense content and activities may be designed for adults and children to review, discuss, or complete together. Making such content available does not create an independent account relationship between Shared Sense and the child, transfer responsibility for supervision to Measured Margins, or constitute an assessment that the content or activity is appropriate for a particular child.
If you provide information concerning another member of your household, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information for the purposes for which it is provided.
If we learn that information concerning a child or another person has been provided without appropriate authority, we may restrict access to or delete that information as appropriate and consistent with applicable law.
2. The Shared Sense Service
Shared Sense provides educational information, guidance, activities, recommendations, and tools intended to help adults and families understand technology and make thoughtful decisions about its use.
Shared Sense may address topics including artificial intelligence, social media, online safety, privacy, digital habits, devices, applications, emerging technologies, and other technology-related subjects.
The Service may include editorial guidance, personalized recommendations, family activities, Shared Ground, Community reports and signals, search, and other features that we introduce or modify over time.
Different features may be available based on account status, subscription level, location, device, platform, or other reasonable product considerations.
3. Educational Information, Not Professional Advice
Shared Sense is an educational and informational service.
Content, recommendations, activities, Community information, and other materials available through Shared Sense do not constitute legal, medical, mental health, psychological, educational, financial, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.
Shared Sense is not a substitute for professional evaluation, individualized advice, parental judgment, direct supervision, or information provided by the technology or service involved.
You are responsible for evaluating information provided through Shared Sense and deciding what is appropriate for you and your family.
Where a decision may have significant safety, health, legal, financial, educational, or other consequences, you should obtain appropriate professional or authoritative guidance.
4. Parental Responsibility, Child Safety, and Third-Party Technology
Shared Sense is intended to support adult judgment, not replace it.
Parents, guardians, and other authorized adults remain responsible for decisions concerning a child's access to and use of technology, including devices, applications, online services, accounts, communications, artificial intelligence systems, social media, privacy settings, parental controls, purchases, permissions, and interactions with other people.
Shared Sense does not supervise children or continuously monitor their devices, accounts, communications, online activity, location, or use of third-party technologies.
Shared Sense is not a parental-control system, content filter, emergency service, threat-detection service, or child-safety monitoring service unless a particular feature is expressly described otherwise.
Technology use involves risks that Shared Sense cannot identify, predict, monitor, or prevent in every circumstance. These may include exposure to inappropriate or harmful content, unwanted contact, manipulation, scams, privacy loss, data collection, security incidents, financial loss, excessive or compulsive use, misinformation, harmful advice, or other online or offline consequences.
The presence of Shared Sense guidance concerning a technology does not mean that Measured Margins endorses that technology or considers it safe or appropriate for every child.
Likewise, the absence of a warning, Community signal, recommendation, article, or other Shared Sense content concerning a technology or risk does not mean that the technology or situation is safe.
You remain responsible for evaluating your family's circumstances and, when appropriate, reviewing information directly from technology providers and seeking qualified professional assistance.
Shared Sense should not be used in place of emergency services or other appropriate resources when there is an immediate risk to a person's safety.
5. Personalization, Age-Related Guidance, and Recommendations
Shared Sense may use information you provide about your household, including a child's birth month and year, technology relationships, family interests, and other family context, to determine eligibility for, select, prioritize, or explain guidance, recommendations, and activities.
Shared Sense does not ask for or store a child's exact date of birth as part of the current child profile. Age-related eligibility and guidance context are derived from the birth month and year provided.
Personalization and recommendations are tools for improving relevance. They are not individualized professional assessments.
In particular, a recommendation based in whole or in part on a child's age does not represent that Shared Sense has evaluated that child's maturity, development, mental health, cognitive abilities, emotional readiness, family circumstances, vulnerability to particular risks, or suitability for a particular technology.
Children of the same age may differ substantially.
A designation, recommendation, age range, or statement that content is a “good fit” or otherwise relevant to a child's age means only that Shared Sense has determined that the material satisfies its applicable editorial and recommendation criteria. It is not a warranty or representation that the underlying technology, activity, behavior, or decision is appropriate or safe for that particular child.
Recommendations may also be incomplete. Shared Sense does not guarantee that every relevant risk, activity, consideration, or piece of guidance will be recommended to you.
You remain responsible for determining whether particular technology, content, activities, settings, recommendations, or guidance are appropriate for your family.
6. Changing Technology and Information
Technology changes quickly.
Third-party applications, platforms, devices, artificial intelligence systems, privacy practices, safety controls, age requirements, terms, features, algorithms, interfaces, and risks may change after Shared Sense content is researched or published.
Although we work to provide useful, grounded, and timely information, we do not guarantee that information concerning a third-party technology will always be complete, accurate, current, or applicable to your circumstances.
Publication dates, update information, sources, or similar context may be provided to help you evaluate content.
You should verify important settings, restrictions, policies, age requirements, safety information, and other consequential information directly with the applicable provider before relying on it for an important decision.
7. No Safety or Monitoring Guarantee
Shared Sense does not guarantee detection of harmful technologies, content, behavior, trends, security incidents, privacy problems, scams, exploitation, or other risks.
The absence of a warning, Community signal, recommendation, or Shared Sense article about a particular issue does not mean that the technology, activity, or situation is safe.
Shared Sense does not guarantee that following its guidance will prevent harm, inappropriate content, unwanted contact, privacy loss, financial loss, account compromise, security incidents, excessive technology use, or other adverse outcomes.
8. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You may not allow another person to impersonate you or use your account in a manner that violates these Terms.
You agree to notify us promptly at support@measuredmargins.com if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
We may require additional verification before performing sensitive account actions.
9. Households and Authorized Adults
Shared Sense may organize family information and paid access around a household.
Authorized adults within the same household may have access to household information and functionality, including information concerning children, family context, recommendations, and Shared Ground.
By adding information to a shared household, you understand that it may be accessible to other authorized adults in that household.
Household roles may include an owner and other authorized adults. Certain actions may be limited to the household owner.
You are responsible for determining whether another person should have access to your household before granting or maintaining that access.
10. Shared Ground
Shared Ground allows a household to maintain a record of things the family has learned, practiced, discussed, decided, or agreed upon.
You retain ownership of original content you submit to Shared Ground.
You grant Measured Margins a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, format, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise use Shared Ground content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide Shared Sense and its household features.
This license does not give us ownership of your private family content.
You represent that you have the rights and authority necessary to provide content you add to Shared Ground.
Shared Ground is household information. If another authorized adult remains in the household after you delete your account, Shared Ground entries, versions, provenance, scope, and history may remain with that household, and references identifying you as their author may be removed.
If the household itself is deleted, its Shared Ground information is deleted subject to limited retention circumstances described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Community Reports
Shared Sense may allow authenticated adults to submit reports about technologies, online experiences, behaviors, trends, or other issues.
Community reports are signals, not verified facts.
Reports may reflect a submitter's observations, interpretation, incomplete information, or error. The existence of one report, multiple reports, or a Community signal does not by itself establish that an allegation or conclusion is true.
Community reports are not anonymous to Shared Sense when submitted. Other users do not see the submitter's identity through the ordinary Community experience.
By submitting a Community report, you represent that you are submitting it in good faith and that, to the best of your knowledge, the information you provide is not knowingly false or misleading.
You must not use Community to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, expose unnecessary personal information about, or otherwise harm another person.
12. Community Review, Signals, and Verification
Shared Sense may review Community reports, associate reports with technologies or topics, combine related reports into signals, investigate underlying issues, consider evidence, and publish consumer-facing summaries or conclusions.
We are not obligated to investigate, verify, publish, respond to, or take action on every Community report.
The volume of reports is not proof that a claim is true.
A status, classification, summary, or other Community determination reflects the information reasonably available to Shared Sense at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of completeness or absolute truth.
A determination that an issue is not substantiated does not necessarily establish that the reported event never occurred.
Likewise, a verified signal should not be interpreted more broadly than the specific issue and evidence reviewed.
We may edit, combine, classify, archive, remove, decline to publish, or otherwise manage Community information in our discretion to maintain the usefulness, integrity, privacy, and safety of the Service.
13. License for Community Submissions
You retain ownership of original content contained in a Community report.
Because Community reports may contribute to investigation and editorial work, you grant Measured Margins a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, review, analyze, classify, deidentify, aggregate, adapt, summarize, and otherwise process your Community submission as reasonably necessary to operate and moderate Community; investigate reported issues; create and maintain Community signals; protect users and the Service; create Shared Sense editorial analysis, summaries, classifications, or guidance; and improve Shared Sense.
This license survives deletion of your account to the extent a Community submission is retained in deidentified form in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Shared Sense-created editorial content, classifications, signals, summaries, analysis, taxonomy, and other original work derived from our review processes are owned by Measured Margins, subject to any rights you retain in your original submission.
14. Other User Content
You are responsible for content and information you submit through Shared Sense.
You represent that you have the rights and authority necessary to provide that content and that doing so does not violate applicable law or another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
Do not submit information that you are not authorized to provide.
15. Acceptable Use
You may not use Shared Sense to violate applicable law or another person's rights; harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, defame, or impersonate another person; submit knowingly false, fraudulent, malicious, or misleading information; expose another person's sensitive information without appropriate authority; distribute malware or malicious code; interfere with the operation, availability, integrity, or security of Shared Sense; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization; bypass authentication, subscription, household, or other access controls; obtain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or infrastructure; reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it; scrape, crawl, harvest, systematically download, or reproduce substantial portions of Shared Sense except as authorized by us or permitted by law; use Shared Sense content or data to build a competing content library, database, product, or service without our permission; or assist another person in doing any of the foregoing.
We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action to protect users, third parties, or the Service.
16. Intellectual Property
Shared Sense, including its software, visual design, branding, logos, taxonomy, editorial content, original guidance, activities, Community analysis, organization, selection, and other materials created by Measured Margins, is owned by Measured Margins LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to use Shared Sense for your personal and family use.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Third-party names, trademarks, content, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
17. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, feedback, feature requests, or other recommendations concerning Shared Sense, you grant Measured Margins a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, develop from, commercialize, or otherwise use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
This provision does not apply merely because private family content stored in Shared Ground contains an idea, preference, or observation.
18. Third-Party Services, Products, and Links
Shared Sense may discuss, display, integrate with, or link to third-party products, services, websites, applications, research, or content.
We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content, policies, practices, products, services, or conduct.
A reference or link does not necessarily mean that Measured Margins endorses or has a relationship with the third party.
Your use of third-party products and services is governed by their own terms, policies, and practices.
19. Family Subscriptions
Shared Sense may offer free functionality and paid Family functionality.
The features, subscription period, and price applicable to a purchase will be displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to applicable Apple purchase and subscription terms.
Shared Sense does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account information for App Store purchases.
Availability and functionality of subscription features may depend on your account remaining in good standing and on Shared Sense receiving valid subscription-status information from Apple and our subscription infrastructure.
20. Automatic Renewal, Cancellation, Prices, and Refunds
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, it will renew according to the terms presented by Apple at the time of purchase unless canceled.
You are responsible for managing or canceling your App Store subscription through your Apple account.
Deleting your Shared Sense account does not cancel your App Store subscription.
Prices may change in the future subject to applicable law and Apple's requirements.
Refunds for App Store transactions are generally administered by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable policies and any rights provided by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
21. Subscription Purchaser and Household Entitlement
Shared Sense distinguishes between the person associated with a subscription purchase and the Shared Sense household receiving Family access.
A Family entitlement may be associated with a household while the subscription purchaser identity remains associated with the purchasing adult.
Changing the owner of a Shared Sense household does not transfer the Apple subscription or associated subscription purchaser identity to the new household owner.
We may use subscription information received through Apple or our subscription provider to establish, reconcile, restore, revoke, expire, or otherwise maintain access consistent with the applicable purchase.
We do not guarantee that subscription access can be transferred between accounts or households.
22. Account Deletion
You may initiate deletion of your Shared Sense account through the Service.
Because Shared Sense contains household information, the consequences of deletion depend on your household.
If another authorized adult remains in the household, household information such as child information, family context, recommendations, and Shared Ground may remain with that household. References identifying you may be removed where appropriate.
If you are the sole owner and the household cannot remain after your account is deleted, Shared Sense will require confirmation before deleting the household and its household-owned family information.
Certain Community information that has entered review, contributed to a signal, or is otherwise needed to preserve Community integrity may remain in deidentified form.
Certain subscription, billing-reconciliation, security, operational, provider, log, or backup information may also remain where reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, security, reconciliation, legal, or provider purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription.
23. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Shared Sense at any time.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to some or all of Shared Sense if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service; address fraud, misuse, security threats, or unauthorized access; enforce these Terms; comply with law, legal process, or platform requirements; address nonpayment or invalid subscription status; or maintain the operation or integrity of the Service.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct an issue, but we are not required to do so where immediate action is reasonably necessary.
Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that by their nature should survive termination.
24. Modification or Discontinuation of the Service
Shared Sense will evolve.
We may add, remove, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue content, functionality, subscription features, Community features, integrations, or other portions of the Service.
We do not guarantee that a particular feature, recommendation, article, activity, integration, or third-party reference will remain available indefinitely.
Where required by applicable law, material changes affecting paid services will be handled subject to applicable consumer rights.
25. Beta, Preview, and Experimental Features
From time to time, we may make beta, preview, test, or experimental features available.
Such features may be incomplete, change substantially, contain errors, or be discontinued.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, beta or experimental functionality is provided for evaluation and should not be relied upon for consequential family, safety, legal, financial, or other decisions.
26. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHARED SENSE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
Measured Margins disclaims all warranties, express or implied, except those that cannot lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that Shared Sense will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; all content will be complete, accurate, or current; recommendations will be appropriate for every child or family; Community reports or signals will identify every relevant issue; use of Shared Sense will prevent harm, unsafe technology use, privacy incidents, security incidents, unwanted content, or other adverse outcomes; third-party technologies will behave as described; or data will never be lost, corrupted, accessed without authorization, or unavailable.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
27. Limitation of Liability
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS THE TYPES AND AMOUNTS OF DAMAGES THAT MAY BE RECOVERABLE FROM MEASURED MARGINS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEASURED MARGINS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (“MEASURED MARGINS PARTIES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO SHARED SENSE OR THESE TERMS.
Without limiting the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Measured Margins Parties will not be liable for damages arising out of or relating to reliance on Shared Sense content, recommendations, age-related guidance, activities, classifications, or other information; decisions concerning a child's access to or use of technology; the acts, omissions, content, products, security, privacy practices, functionality, availability, or conduct of a third-party technology, service, platform, application, device, or person; harmful, inappropriate, misleading, inaccurate, or unwanted content or interactions encountered through third-party technologies; Shared Sense's failure to identify, warn about, recommend information concerning, or prevent a particular technology-related risk; Community reports, Community signals, review determinations, classifications, summaries, or information submitted by another user; unauthorized access to or use of an account or household; deletion, corruption, alteration, disclosure, or loss of data; interruption, delay, error, security incident, outage, or unavailability affecting Shared Sense or a third-party service; the availability, interruption, loss, restoration, assignment, or expiration of subscription or household entitlement access; or actions taken by Measured Margins in good faith to moderate Community, protect users, enforce these Terms, secure the Service, or comply with law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE MEASURED MARGINS PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO SHARED SENSE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SHARED SENSE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
The limitations in this section apply regardless of the form or theory of liability, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, warranty, or otherwise, and even if Measured Margins has been advised of the possibility of the damages or a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some portions of this section may not apply to you.
28. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Measured Margins Parties from and against third-party claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to content or information you submit, upload, provide, or make available through Shared Sense; a Community report you submit; your knowing or material violation of these Terms; your violation of applicable law; your infringement, misappropriation, or violation of another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights; information concerning a child or another person that you provide without appropriate authority; or your fraudulent, intentionally wrongful, or unauthorized use of Shared Sense.
Your indemnification obligations do not apply to the extent a claim results from the negligence, willful misconduct, or unlawful conduct of a Measured Margins Party or to the extent applicable law prohibits the indemnification obligation.
Measured Margins reserves the right, at its expense, to assume exclusive control of the defense and settlement of a matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. If we do so, you agree to reasonably cooperate with the defense.
You may not settle a claim subject to indemnification in a manner that admits fault by, imposes an obligation on, or otherwise adversely affects a Measured Margins Party without our prior written consent.
29. Copyright and Intellectual Property Concerns
If you believe material available through Shared Sense infringes intellectual property rights you own or are authorized to enforce, contact us at support@measuredmargins.com with sufficient information for us to identify the material and evaluate the concern.
We may remove or restrict access to material when appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or procedures available under applicable law.
30. Electronic Communications
By creating an account or using Shared Sense, you consent to receive communications from us electronically when permitted by law, including communications concerning your account, security, subscriptions, changes to the Service, these Terms, and our Privacy Policy.
Transactional and legally required communications are different from optional marketing communications.
You are responsible for maintaining an email address or other contact method through which required account communications can reach you.
31. Governing Law and Judicial Forum
These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Shared Sense are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law applies or applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
For disputes that are properly brought in court, you and Measured Margins agree that the state and federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Wisconsin may exercise jurisdiction over the dispute.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, those courts will be the exclusive judicial forum for disputes arising from or relating to Shared Sense or these Terms.
Nothing in this section deprives you of consumer protections, jurisdictional rights, venue rights, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
32. Force Majeure
Measured Margins will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, utility or telecommunications failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disruptions, governmental actions, war, civil unrest, failures of third-party infrastructure, or widespread platform outages.
This provision does not excuse obligations that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
33. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Shared Sense account without our written consent.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of the Shared Sense business, subject to applicable law.
34. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as appropriate, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
35. Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only if made by us in writing.
36. Entire Agreement
These Terms and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular Shared Sense feature or transaction constitute the agreement between you and Measured Margins concerning your use of the Service.
Our Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices but does not expand contractual rights or obligations except where applicable law provides otherwise.
These Terms supersede prior agreements or understandings concerning the same subject matter except where expressly stated otherwise.
37. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Shared Sense, our business, or applicable requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice when appropriate or required by law.
If applicable law requires affirmative consent to a change, the revised provision will not apply in that manner until the required consent is obtained.
Your continued use of Shared Sense after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
38. Apple App Store
If you obtain Shared Sense through Apple's App Store, your use of the iOS application is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless Apple presents another applicable license.
These Terms govern your relationship with Measured Margins concerning the Shared Sense service.
Apple is not responsible for operating or providing Shared Sense, providing support for the Service, or addressing claims relating to the Service except to the extent Apple has obligations under its own terms or applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms changes your rights or obligations under applicable Apple terms or applicable law.
39. Survival
Provisions concerning intellectual property, user-content licenses to the extent necessary for retained content, Community records, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination of your account or these Terms.
